House on the Hill - Kapsztad

House on the Hill is an eco-conscious, owner managed guest house located in Green Point, Cape Town, just 1 km from the V&A Waterfront. Tours including skydiving and shark cage diving can be arranged.

House on the Hill is a small double storey guesthouse in trendy Green Point. The house is fully self catering. While the rooms have a little kitchen nook you will find a fully fitted kitchen downstairs in our basement. If you dont feel like cooking there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

The brightly coloured rooms have a South African décor.rooms include a tea-and-coffee-making facilities and free Wi-Fi. They also have safety deposit boxes, a hair dryer, and heaters for cold nights.

There is a flowered terrace to enjoy the sun and free parking in front of the house.


House on the Hill is situated just over 2 km from the CTICC Convention Centre and less than 10 minutes’ drive away from Cape Town’s city centre.

The hotel day starts from hour 11:30 and ends at 11:00.

Double or Twin Room - Room 2. This spacious room can be used as a double or twin room. The small bathroom is separated by a sliding door and has a toilet, basin and shower. A small communal kitchen in basement to prepare your own meals. Kettle, toaster and teacoffee in your room. ;
Double Room - Room 3. Spacious and bright room with views of Cape Towns new Stadium. The bathroom is separated by a sliding door and has a toilet, basin and shower. A small communal kitchen in basement to prepare your own meals. Kettle, toaster and teacoffee in your room. ;
Family Room - Room 5. This spacious room consist of 2 bedrooms, one large bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second small bedroom has a bunk bed. It includes a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, kitchenware and an electric kettle. The small en suite bathroom is separated by a sliding door and has a toilet, basin and shower, but no window.
